Welcome to the Children Young People and Families Programme website
We are part of the Care Services Improvement Partnership. We have a number of areas of work that support better services for children and families which are delivered through the Regional Devleopment Centres. The programme is jointly sponsored by the Department of Health and Department for Children, Schools and Families.
Our main aim is to support real change and better outcomes for children in generic and targeted services, helping services to implement Every Child Matters, the Children Act 2004 and parts of the National Service Framework (NSF) for children, young people and maternity services.
