Who to involve with service improvement

Ideally everyone should be involved in service improvement, however in reality, there is rarely this luxury.
It is vital, however, to ensure that the key players are involved:
- an identified lead to ensure effective project management
- people that use services and the people that support them as they are at the heart of everything that happens
- people that provide the services
- people with influencing power (obtain the support or sponsorship of a senior member of the organisation)
- other allied services to the organisation to create an integrated and inclusive approach
Working in partnership is crucial in order to improve the quality of everyone’s lives; the people that use the services, the people that support them as well as the working lives of the people that provide the services.
