They should work in partnership throughout the whole process of improving services, from identifying and agreeing the need for improvement, designing and implementing improvements to evaluating their success.

Working in partnership is crucial in order to improve the quality of everyone’s lives; the people that use the services, the people that support them as well as the working lives of the people that provide the services.
