3. Communication
- Build in at every step
- Every level – including personal: “what this means for me”
- Includes learning
- Use of external advice
- Simple, de-mystifying language that makes all documents relevant to all stakeholders (plus various forms of communication)
- Everyone has to ‘lead’ on communication
