What MHIP did
Each pilot site analysed the data they had collected.
Each pilot site was given access to the following support:
- Dedicated time from Modernisation Agency analysts
- Training in Organisational Data Sanity (see an example of what occurred in South Staffs briefing)
- Access to Service Improvement Support Tool for Mental Health (SISTMH) - further information on this can be seen in Theme 6 Service Improvement Methodologies
- Support from Regional Development Centres through the client managers and access to available training packages
