Once the groundwork had been laid in Setting up the Programme the systems and processes for delivery began to form. This took place in Phase 1 of the programme, 'Preparation and launch'.
- Engagement with stakeholders and partners Engagement with stakeholders in the local health communities was crucial in forming partnerships and for the success of the programmes. It was used to develop, share and deliver the programme. Find out more how this was undertaken and useful links.
- Establishing aims and outcomes (the vision) Establishing aims and outcomes (the vision) was vital in identifying the direction of the programme. Find out about the processes that were undertaken.
