What MHIP did
All pilot sites agreed this was a significant area of learning and development for them throughout the programme.
High level measures were set at the beginning of the programme. These can be seen in the Service Improvement Framework. Lower level measures were then set for the pilot sites workstreams and the projects within these (see their implementation plans in module 4)
In this phase, baseline measures/information were collected for each of the projects, which was then repeated at the end of the projects, to demonstrate the outcomes had been achieved. Within the pilots sites a variety of methods of information collection methods were used dependant on the outcome measures. The learning from this can be seen by clicking on Outcome Measures MHIP Learning
All pilot sites had access to one day training on information collection and analysis to help them. A summary of this can be seen by clicking on South Staffs briefing
