Phase 2 of the programme was termed “diagnosis and solution design”. The focus was to identify what needed to change, why and how.
This phase can be divided up in to the following areas for delivery:
- Collecting meaningful data Data was collected by each of the pilot sites. Find out more information about was collected and the benefits of collecting data.
- Analysing data All pilot sites took individual approaches to data analysis. Find out about the support offered to each site for the data analysis, the benefits for going through this process ans links to useful websites.
- Developing a training strategy Assessment of training needs and ensuing plans were developed nationally and within the pilot sites. Find out the benefits of developing a training strategy and see examples from MHIP.
- Maintaining engagement Engagement continued throughout the whole programme in order to maintain the partnering. The benefits of engagement, what MHIP did and useful links were detailed previously in module 2, as engagement was critical in all phases of the programme.
