Aims
- To set goals and objectives through timetabling
- To develop efficient effective processes
- To influence
- To engage and motivate
- To deliver the vision
What MHIP did
Leaders for the programmes and pilot sites were established:
- At a national level there was a Programme Director who was accountable to the National Institute for Mental Health’s (NIMHE) Executive Team.
- A National Programme Lead was appointed to oversee the whole MHIPs Programme; and;
- Programme Leads were appointed for each of the 4 pilot sites.
These leads were appointed in order to drive the project forward; to engage people in the project, generate a vision for the programme and ensure it was delivered.
