The Valuing People Support Team (VPST) was set up to provide national leadership and development support to the new learning disability partnership boards.

We are concerned with adults with learning disabilities (including transition). We believe that we will only achieve our objectives if we can ensure that people with learning disabilities are included in the delivery of all mainstream, policy initiatives.
