The NSP (a partnership of 11 not-for-profit agencies) is developing a centre of excellence in providing person centred services in Norfolk that will be regarded by service users, providers and commissioners as the leading source of knowldege on personalising services, empowering service users and supporting independence. Funded initially for three years, NSP aims to provide direct support to organisations; accredited learning opportunities in ‘Supporting independence & the positive identities of disadvantaged adults and young people', research on good practice and support policy formation.
