The NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement has created a 'National innovation and improvement survey' in partnership with strategic health authorities.
Open to all NHS staff, it has been designed to provide an insight into the current challenges faced by frontline NHS staff and better understand what staff need to help improve patient care. It is an opportunity also for people to feedback what improvement approaches they are already using, and suggest new ideas about how innovation in the NHS could be encouraged.
The results will be used by the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement and SHAs to prioritise innovation programmes for further development in 2010.
The survey will close on 8 June 2009
