The Eastern Development Centre is running an exciting initiative, Enable East, aimed at supporting local NHS and other public sector organisations to "really get to grips with the gritty reality of project and programme delivery".

Through Enable East we are offering accredited training in PRINCE2® and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) to both foundation or practitioner standard.

Training in PRINCE2® and MSP is available in two ways. Both courses can either be undertaken as two separate segments - an initial 3-day course to Foundation level and then a 2-day course leading to the Practitioner qualification. Alternatively both parts of the course can be undertaken in a single week as a 5 day non-residential course.

New course dates for PRINCE2® training have been set:

• 19th April (19/20/21 April - Foundation, 22/23 April - Practitioner)
• 7th June (7/8/9 June - Foundation, 10/11 June - Practitioner)
• 19th July (19/20/21 July - Foundation, 22/23 July - Practitioner)
• 13th September (13/14/15 September - Foundation, 16/17 September - Practitioner)
• 8th November (8/9/10 November - Foundation, 11/12 November - Practitioner)
