Associate Project Manager
Sarah has worked in project management, primarily within the Courts Service, for over 12 years, specialising in business process change and stakeholder management.
Sarah was the project manager for the development and subsequent roll out of a national business system for all Magistrates' Courts in England and Wales, leading on business process change and migration activities for the Suffolk pilot sites and for later sites in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
Sarah also has experience as a project manager with the Long Term Conditions team at NHS Norfolk.
Enjoying the challenge of leading the way into new areas, Sarah has a good record of working on pilot study projects. Although only joining the NHS in early 2010, Sarah's project management skills have ensured that NHS Norfolk became one of the first to offer patients a personal health budget as part of a pilot study.
Sarah is particularly good at highlighting improved ways of working and bringing real benefits to organisations, with her skills in business change being used in the design of a set of national business processes to be used throughout the Courts Service.
Sarah has extensive experience of working with external stakeholders, appreciating the many different needs and expectations of varied organisations.
Sarah understands the need for effective communications in projects and has well developed skills in writing reports, and producing newsletters, press articles, and web pages, and running workshops.
In her spare time, Sarah is the Chair of Governors at a local primary school and enjoys leading a diverse team of 15 volunteer governors.
Sarah holds an ISEB accredited qualification in Project Management and is PRINCE2 qualified.
