Associate Project Manager

Donna is an experienced project manager with both private and public sector experience. Originally from a financial services background, she has focused on business and sales/marketing projects for over 10 years and worked with multidisciplinary teams across different UK and international locations. Donna has worked in both the UK and Australia.

She has been instrumental in ensuring processes, procedures and templates have been set up, reviewed and implemented in the different workplaces she has worked in.

Donna has been working on patient safety projects for the NHS and in particular a strategic project on hospital acquired blood clots for the east of England, which is in the national quality framework and the ‘Towards the Best Together' (TTBT) programme. The East of England project has been a leader in engaging acute trusts, building regional best practice and implementing operational VTE plans (in acute trusts).

In the financial services industry, Donna has delivered new fund/product launches and re-launches, intermediary and third party projects and worked for well known UK insurance and investment companies in London.

Donna has experience working on the whole project lifecycle from feasibility, scoping deliverables through to project closedown. Her financial services background has given her a pro-active and thorough approach to project management and looking at the whole picture of the project and overarching program. She has strong relationship management skills as well as business analysis and is accustomed to working with people/teams across different locations on a national and international level.

Donna is educated at degree level and is PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualified.
