Associate Programme Manager

Julia Hiley joined the EDC in April 2008 as a Project Manager for the Big Lottery Funded Well-Being in the East Porfolio. She supported the development of a Mental Health Promotion TV campaign and the design of a new regional website. She moved on to develop the work of User Lead Organisations and Local Involvement Networks.

Julia is now leading the Regional Carers Experience agenda on behalf of the NHS East of England. Julia has an extensive background of project and programme and management spanning some 21 years. She has worked in a variety of settings including Publishing, Charity Fundraising, National Career Development for adults and Further Education. Julia has experience working on the whole project lifecycle and is PRINCE2 and MSP Practitioner qualified. She has a passion for supporting programmes which ultimately aim to improve the life opportunities and experience for the recipients.
