Positive Practice Awards 2003
NIMHE's inaugural Positive Practice Awards were presented at an event on 11th June 2003 London.The winner/s in each category were:
- Improving Access and Choice (Plymouth Primary Care Trust and YES, Youth Enquiry Service)
- Care Programme Approach (Leeds Mental Health NHS Trust)
- Modernising Mental Health Services ('Refocusing' Bolton Acute Inpatient Care and The Meridian Programme, Birmingham)
- Recovery (SHIP, Self Help Initiatives Project in Leeds)
- Making a Difference (Roland Urey, Oldham)
- Lifetime Achievement (Angela Fenwick, Birmingham Centre for Arts Therapies).
